Thanks to Heyduda for providing the inspiration for today's post! One of my buddies was always bragging about how much he loves big tits. As such, I was very surprised when I first met his new slave girl. She was thin as a rail and totally flat-chested, and clearly not about to grow the rack he so desperately desired on her own. But, he assured me it would be fine. He'd found a shady doctor that would be able to help him with his "problem". Little did I know what that would entail. A few weeks later he sent me the first two photos of her progress. The madman had actually found someone willing to implant a child with heavy duty Polypropylene breast implants - the type that are banned pretty much all around the world for being too dangerous to the wearer's health. The stringy texture of the implants continually irritates the delicate breast tissue, scarring the internal structure and causing it to swell up with fluid over time. If not drained regularly, her tits would eventually grow to monstrous proportions, and their tortured insides would be increasingly more vulnerable to infection. The progress updates I received in the following weeks confirmed my fears: He had no intention whatsoever to properly take care of these implants. Her breasts grew and grew, eventually growing larger than her head. I tried to warn him of the consequences, but he brushed me off, saying she could handle it no problem. When I met back up with him a month or two later, I couldn't believe my eyes. The poor girl was once again flat-chested, having just had her overgrown breasts amputated before the infection growing inside could threaten her life. My buddy still seemed to be in good spirits, though. "Don't worry", he said, "Now I know when to stop for next time".
