Reading an Anti-Socialism Children's Book

I will preface this by saying that I generally don't like socialism. At least, I don't think it's a good approach at the federal level for a country as big as the United States. Locally, I think it could definitely work, especially within a single company.

Anyway, I don't like indoctrination more than I don't like socialism. I was heavily indoctrinated growing up, so perhaps that's why I felt compelled to make this video. I know it's a bit spicier than most of my stuff, but I just worry about people getting manipulated and ripped off.

Thank you for your continued support.

BullS*#t on Canada being freer then us. that map is lieing any country that arrest comedians for jokes and has hate speech laws is not more free then the US. after the trucker protest ive been just as uneasy about being allied to a Trudeau lead nation as i am about us being allied to any nation under a tyrannical dictator. And Australia has made me uneasy do to their actions during covid, the whole arresting people for steping a few feat outside to smoke and putting covid infected people into camps gave me the shivers. especially when the allowed actors and the rich to do as they please. And isnt Finland one of the countrys that arrested homeschooling parents and outlawed homeschooling?

China is still Socialist but they use more of the Nazi model of Socialism rather then the dictonary or historical veriation. so in China like Nazi Germany a company cannot be ran in the country without a member of the CCP (Nazi party in Germany) on their board of directors. In this way they claim the community controls the means of production.

The Housing affordability crisis isnt caused by a free market so to speek. houses are not treated as comaditiys in the US but investments.

Devin Canada

Love how you added about teaching students HOW to think and not just WHAT to think.

Daniel Kolbin

Mhm. Then again, USA is a mixed economy -- kind of like capitalism sprinkled with socialism (or something like that).

Daniel Kolbin

No, he isn’t. Haha. Just kidding.. It seems like something he would be involved with; though.

Naterade

Wait he is? That's crazy if this is true!

Mr. Beat

We can argue how big a role they should play in helping ease these kind of issues. Hell, I am fine with public- private partnership in some instances if it’s well regulated.

Naterade

Is “Joe the Plumber” the other cofounder of The Kids Guide series? I think Capitalism is the best economic system. It spurs innovation, economic opportunities and mobility. Having said that, it’s not without its flaws. The housing affordability crisis, medical debt crisis, student loan debt crisis, climate crisis, etc. are all things that the “free market” isn’t going to solve. Government has to step in to alleviate these issues. a

Naterade

😁 I appreciate that. Yes cringe indeed. 😳

Mr. Beat

Cringe cringe cringe... I feel like I need a shower now. Because of the guide books, not your presentation. Also, I'm not surprised to hear you describe yourself essentially as a workaholic. Enjoyed the vid as always.

Thanks Charlie

Mr. Beat

Charlie Murphy

Mr. Beat
