Stuck In Reverse (Patreon Reward)

With a twist of her wrist Gaz's automated changing table whirred to life for the fiftieth time that day. Slowly turning a knob in the back of the machine with her screwdriver she began to tweak the settings seeing if she could get them just right to where her contraption would work properly again.
"Okay, let me see...this should do the trick!" she said aloud to herself as she felt the knob click into position and heard the motors of the robotic arms begin to calibrate. The computation board buzzed as it began using its cameras to calculate where she was before engaging changing mode.
"Come on, this has to work, I haven't been changed all day," Gaz groaned. "Oh, there it goes!"
The robotic arms wiggled slightly side to side before beginning to bend and navigate down towards Gaz on the floor. After a few more seconds of calculating, the machine appeared to enter changing mode, grabbing the back of Gaz's leak guard, only to give it a hard tug up towards her back.
SQUISH!
In one quick motion the robotic arm was wedging Gaz's soiled diaper upwards. A new result for certain, but still the same problem as before: the machine was still stuck in reverse.
"Blegh! Gross, at least pull them down, you dumb machine!" Gaz yelled. "It didn't even try to undo the tapes this time!"
With another quick rotation of her screwdriver the arm let go of the back of her diaper, letting it gradually slump back down to rest between her legs.
"Well, I made a mistake somewhere along the line. I guess it's back to square one...."
