Writing Update

Hey all!

Just wanted to post a brief update about Chapter 101. The long story short is that it'll be out very soon, probably tomorrow. (I'll be doing a bit more writing tonight... but I'm not going to pressure myself too hard to finish it.)

For additional details: I've realized that I have a TON of stuff that I wanted to address before the end of Book 1 that just are not fitting into my initial idea of what these final chapters should look like. I'm pushing some of them off to the next book... but I don't want to leave too much unaddressed just because I don't know how to put it in.

It's a weird balancing act. You don't want to miss anything- because that's a great way to get plot holes- but you also don't want to shoehorn a million things in that muddy the point that you're trying to make.

I want these final chapters to be sort of a victory lap for Gio, in a way, that leaves us on an emotional high note from where we left off in the dungeon, while setting up the first bit of 'motion' for book two.
