To me all American women do it...and don't even realise they're doing it.

2025-08-19 07:09:51 +0000 UTCLove America, love Americans, love you guy's 🇺🇲❤️ But honestly the thing that really annoys me is the whole weird croaky voice thing (vocal fry) mostly in women towards the end of sentences.

2025-08-19 07:06:57 +0000 UTCIn cities like London if "pub grub" isn't your thing it doesn't matter because you can buy authentic food from all over the world in major cities. The food halls have people from all over the world selling their food. And because there is so much competition, they all have to produce food at a very high quality or they won't last long in business.

2025-08-18 22:09:48 +0000 UTCMeal deals are great. You can get a sandwich, healthy salad or pasta with either crisps or fresh fruit pieces, with water, a smoothie or a soft drink for that small price. The Dutch lady suggesting that it's better to get a greasy hamburger for £3 every day, is hardly a healthy or decent comparison to freshly made relatively healthy options (and we still have the option of getting a £3 burger if we want). Don't worry about the first set of American ladies, the other Americans in this video were lovely. And I've done plenty of all nighters in London, ending with me getting home at 5 in the morning. All it takes is a tiny bit of rudimentary research into all night bars or nightclubs.

2025-08-18 20:58:19 +0000 UTCHaving been to the Netherlands a couple of times, I can confirm that their food is no fresher or staler than what we have here in the UK. She just seemed to be desperate to find some kind of fault.

2025-08-18 20:51:51 +0000 UTCTypical American defaultism from the 2 American girls in the video when asked where they're from; everyone else answered with what country they're from

2025-08-18 18:12:01 +0000 UTCIt's not the same as gas food lol. It's fresh. And not bad really. My better half gets meal deal every week

2025-08-18 16:04:51 +0000 UTCWas that the Blanks? it’s definitely a common perspective from those that actually try it too isn’t it

2025-08-18 15:54:15 +0000 UTCOn the bus home from work and eating a meal deal now 😂 they’re fantastic and every American visitor seems to love them, way better than gas station food and loads of options They’re not on the shelves for long

2025-08-18 15:49:12 +0000 UTCDutch girl needs to get her head out of her arse , have a meal deal and shut the f up 😑🤣. They are sandwiches , a packet of crisps and a drink for 3 quid, how terrifying . What a melt 🥱 🫠. I am just grateful I can afford to eat to be honest. Thanks be to God.✝️ please don’t worry about the American girl. We realise you aren’t all like that (most of your ARENT like that)and you two are so lovely I wouldn’t worry about it . I can guarantee she wouldn’t like bottom anyway

2025-08-18 15:12:34 +0000 UTCPetition to feed the McKnights only mealdeals when they are over here (You can swap the crisps for a chocolate bar or some fruit if you want)

2025-08-18 10:24:43 +0000 UTCOn the food, it was only really the Taiwanese one who said they didn't like it, some mentioned the Borough market - which is a food market. The Belgian guy even saying they don't get this type of food. I think a lot of foreigners have the idea that Brits only eat baked potatoes with beans and refuse to use any seasoning.

2025-08-18 09:25:36 +0000 UTCI’m going to put it really simple for you, if you spoke like the gym girls my history of watching your reactions would be 10 seconds long at most. So glad they annoyed you as well. Recently watched 4 US guys visit the uk with the same idea that our food is bland and they were blown away, I’m sure you will be fine.
Mark Sanders
2025-08-18 09:22:39 +0000 UTCThe food bit, you have to try all the things. Our food tends to be British classics but there is also influence from other cultures. I think when people call our food bland they have just not tried enough.

2025-08-18 08:39:32 +0000 UTCFirst Dutch girl won't eat a meal deal because they're not fresh and authentic... Then says they eat a £3 burger... A meal deal is something you get in supermarkets to chemists to coffee shops. But you get a main, snack and drink and it's discounted. Mains are sandwiches, wraps, pasta dishes etc. Snacks can be fruit, yoghurts, chocolate bars, crisps... Then a drink is a drink. They are massively popular, the posher places have posher items. Supermarkets are the cheapest, but you're unlikely to ill. For the California bimbos, NYC does stay open later... But they don't open until like 4pm in NYC. London there will be people eating a full English with a pint at 9am.
