2025-10-09 16:35:02 +0000 UTCG.C.E. means General Certificate of Education. But now it's G.C.S.E. The S stands for Secondary. Basically it's tests high school students have to pass in order to be able to study certain subjects in colleges when they leave school at 16. (Yes, children leave school here in the U.K. in the July following their 16th birthday. But if their 16th birthday falls between late July and before the new term/semester starts in September, they might leave at 15.) Del can't speak French. I don't know a lot of it, but some of things he has said mean a certain thing, I have thought, it doean't mean that. The reason why a lot of British words are spelt similar to French words, is because we used to be a French speaking nation. Years ago I am referring to.)
