We'll be getting the kid settled at college and he's taking my laptop, it being the only one in the house capable of doing anything beyond email and writing. So I won't be able to do any studio work on the road, because I did a factory reset and the laptop no longer has any of my tools on it. So I have to get everything done ahead of time.
It sounds like I might be at PAX! I've never gone to PAX, so it will be an adventure.

Oh yes, I know, but you'd think they'd like an excuse to get down from that horse on occasion. I mean, do they say "Prince so-and-so, we are very upset with how messy your room is" when nobody else is around? Or, you know, "Consort, we are thinking about sex"?

2023-08-10 01:33:18 +0000 UTCAlbia even refers to herself using the "royal we" when she's talking to her daughter. In fact, the one time I've seen Albia use the singular, Kaja changed it when the colors were uploaded, so I think it's safe to say it's a stable character trait.

2023-08-09 02:05:14 +0000 UTCI am suddenly reminded that when Agatha first met Albia there was a rather sinister suggestion that she maintained her power by "gardening" and draining other sparks, and Agatha was a candidate for such treatment. Not sure if what we're seeing here is the Professors changing their minds about their original idea of where Albia stands on the good-evil spectrum, or if Albia still farms energy sources but is making an exception for Agatha specifically when she tries to talk her out of donating energy.
