BBC 5Live interview with Yogcast's Lewis and Simon Parkin

Last week I was invited onto BBC 5Live's GameOn podcast to talk about ethics (It's a good show, you can subscribe here: http://www.bbc.co.uk/podcasts/series/jot ) Due to last-minute organisation no-one knew who would be on the panel until the show was about to start, but I think I managed to make it through without being too flustered. ANYWAY, it was a really interesting and slightly feisty chat - and I think you might appreciate it. Matt

I still find it amazing how they're desperately spinning the "we're a bunch of kids having fun on camera! Please don't think that we know what we're doing! We deserve a pass on all matters legal an ethical, because we're just kids who don't know any better" attitude. When you get a contract handed you that results in you doing something in exchange for money, you have a fairly obvious basic requirement to check (with someone who knows, if you can't tell) the implications of that.
