Art Update: Pinups

This art update is focused on how we decide and concept on the pinups. From the very beginning we wanted to use pinups as a way of showing off what we could do art wise with the game, but also give our patrons some exclusive content that was super high quality. Originally we focused on only using our characters such as Everie and Elsie, but we wanted to stray away and make pinups devoted to popular characters such as Zone-tan and even upcoming game characters such as our pinup of Future Fragments. 

When we first start the pinups our artist does a lot of work researching and concepting various poses that they think will suit the pinup best. For the Zone pinup, there were two original concept sketches with the second pose feeling like the best suited for what we were trying to do. 

It's not that the initial pose was bad or anything, but we felt like if we focused on showing Zone's expressions and really showing off the full body the end result would end up much better in the end (which we definitely thought it did!).

For the Future Fragments pinup our artist was super excited at the idea of doing a pinup with two characters in a lesbian scene. We actually ended up contacting the developers of Future Fragments and asked which characters would be best suited for this type of scene!

Though this initial sketch was really damn good, we thought we could do even better and went to the drawing board to get the right pose for the scene. 

The final sketch ended up remarkably close to the final product, and we were extremely happy with how the concept turned out. One of our generous patrons asked if we could add some thigh high socks to it and the version actually turned out really well! Though we ended up with this funny version where Faye had some socks on!

Overall the pinups were a really fun addition to the Patreon, and every time we concept and look around for what the next character we want to feature on we also are hoping to ask the community which characters they really want! We'll be doing a pinup of Cortana next, but we will also have a patron exclusive stream where we will ask you guys exactly what you want and give it exclusively towards our higher tier patrons!

And as promised here's a concept for a brand new character! (she doesn't have a name yet, but she'll def be pretty prominent in the next update!)
