Supporter Newsletter - December

Hello to all of our beautiful Supporters! With November coming to an end that means it's time to bring in the holidays. I hope everyone that celebrates Thanksgiving was able to get plenty to eat and spend time with their friends and families. I know COVID is causing many issues right now with spending time with your loved ones which is going to make the holidays even weirder still. This month's Newsletter won't be as long as the rest but let's jump into it.

Requiem is continuing to grow at such an amazing rate. We're seeing new faces every day which is awesome. I can't tell you how much joy I get from meeting all of the new people that join our community. Obviously, we do have the occasional trolls or people that just want to watch the world burn but being able to host this incredible community for you all is such an honor. December is going to bring in some fun new events that you can check out in our primary Newsletter on our website.

Speaking of the website, over the course of December, we're going to be setting up our new website with intentions to launch that early next year. We have so many cool features planned for the website that we can't wait for you all to see. Some of the things we'd like to do is have a better support/ticket system in place, launch our own merch store, create an interactive referral system, switch over from Patreon to our own subscription system, and so much more. When we have something to share, all of you will be the first to see it and provide feedback.

It's time to talk about where you money went throughout the month of November. Mainly, we've been working on some rebranding and a large chunk of money went to editors that can help us create that branding. We also paid for the usual things like our Minecraft Server, GTA Private Server, VPS (Virtual Private Server), Premium Bot Memberships, Giveaways, and like I believe I've told you all before, we no longer have to pay for Discord Nitro since we're now a Partnered Server.

I want to quickly add on to what I talked about last time, our new community Town Hall. We hosted our first-ever Town Hall last month and it went amazing. We were able to hear from many of our members and got some great ideas that we're already working on. One that I'd like to touch on the most is having events during the week. We wanted to start small so we launched our Tall Tale Tuesdays which allows anyone to join our server and do Tall Tales on Tuesdays. We have plans to do more events throughout the week in the future.

To close us off, I do want to apologize that this wasn't as long of a post this month but I believe with the end of December coming soon, we will have a lot more to share. This is my favorite time of year and I can't wait to spend the holidays with this great community. It's also the season of giving so make sure you join in on the giveaways that will be happening throughout the month.
