I remembered the scene when I got to that part but I wouldn't have made the connection. You guys are good! Can't wait to see S2. It feels great knowing I'm in such good company of folks waiting as anxiously as I am!

Don’t even have to get into spoilers since only two of the announced new cast appear in the trailer. Is Bradley Riches’ character James really new since he had an iconic line in S1E8? Are we going to see the Nelson family Minorca holiday this season? How will they handle the appearance of Nick’s father and brother? Very excited to discover the answers and more.

Ben is looking at the two guys who pass by in the street holding hands..he’s the main character still struggling with his sexuality and yes, he might try to sabotage Charlie and Nick’s relationship, but maybe he’s also wishing he could be out himself? I’m recalling those scenes in season 1 when he definitely had tears in his eyes, at the sports day post-race confrontation, for example. As we know what happens in Solitaire, though, I don’t hold out much hope that he can in any way redeem himself. Paris trip is almost here!🎊🎉

2023-07-25 20:00:35 +0000 UTCI just watched it on YouTube so I could cast it to my TV instead of just watching it on my iPad. And I really love this trailer and everything about it. I think Charlie’s line about Nick only coming out when he’s ready has special resonance because of what happened with Kit. To me, it seems unlikely that Ben’s presence hints at redemption, given his role in “Solitaire,” which takes place after the events of this season; I could be wrong, but I don’t see Alice writing in a plot line that negates what happens in a later work. Anyway, this trailer gives me nothing but expectations of a wonderful second season.
