I have been putting a few hours a week at SoulCycle which is a spin studio here in london to help out my friend who is the general manager and supplement my pay in the transition to freelance.
I was just assisting the class coming in and helping out the new riders and who did I just help into the seat… none other than Rhea Norwood. I can confirm she is an absolute sweetheart and I am thrilled to be checking off the cast one by one and telling them how important and wonderful their work is ♥️🍂
