Thank you for this reaction, this episode has some of my favorite moments of the show! Thank you for taking us along on this revisiting journey! I kind of am tempted to go through and do a rewatch of your origial reaction, then immediately watch the rewatch reaction, is that weird?

2024-09-12 14:32:38 +0000 UTCI identify with Mr. Farouk so much in that scene at the vending machine, though for me, it wasnโt so much not realizing I was gay until my late 20s as it was not accepting that I was gay. Granted, at the time being out at all as a teenager was unthinkable given the era and my particular circumstances, but I know exactly what he means about not being able to enjoy a teenage romance. Once again, as you say, a beautiful episode.
