Today we are jumping back into season 1 of Interview with the Vampire and it's the penultimate episode of this first season and I am continuing to have my mind blown OVER AND OVER AGAIN!
I really have no clue where this show is going but I am LOVING the journey!

This show is like MEANT for rewatches lol you understand things so much more when you watch it all over again. I always wish that this was one of those shows that got more episodes per season (like 10 at least), but then I watch an episode and remember how insanely stressful it is and I'm like NEVERMIND lol Will not spoil anything with regards to Rashid, but you are not dumb or missing anything...just gotta "let the tale seduce you" as our man Louis said once. Lestat is a DELIGHT to watch on screen, but man is he a MENACE. Like truly abhorrent. Louis and Lestat's relationship was so toxic from the start and has only gotten worse, but I love that you can still feel that bond between them and the love (however poorly shown) keeping them there. Sam Reid's acting as Lestat is always incredible, but that train scene always gets me. Like that was such a villainous moment and he devoured.

2024-09-26 23:37:58 +0000 UTCi believe the only ways that vampires can die is exposure to the sun, being lit on fire and having their head cut off or heart taken out, any other extreme injuries that occur (like louis in this case) cause them pain but they will heal in time!
