We finally get to see Emilia's memories!!! And aside from the fact that we think she was absolutely adorable, it looks like her memories are gonna leave us with many new questions o.o Like...what happened to Petelgeuse!?!?!?! What's the story behind Fortuna's brother and his wife? Is Emilia, indeed, the Witch's daughter? Hhmmmm

I don't think they kept her locked up, but they never let her interact with outsiders, in particular Geuse. That I can recall they're not very articulate on the why in series.
