Despite the fact she wants to avoid war, because her job is to unify the realm, the men around her are pushing for confrontation. Daemon want to crush their enemy quickly and a fight with Rhaenyra shows how unstable he is, even with his own wife...then, something terrible happens that is bound to push the Targaryen Queen towards murder.
(I finally managed to keep my computer open long enough to render this video XD Sorry about how late I uploaded it D:)
Lucerys is not the last Strong boy. There is one more. Joffrey. The one that was born in episode 6 after the 10 year time jump. I guess he could be the heir to Driftmark now.

We were thinking of waiting for the actual trailer and doing a video where we watch both ;) but we'll see! If we think about it and have a minute, we might do 2 n.n

Oooh I took it as a parallel of Rhaenyra having to find that strength inside her to pull out the baby and go through the whole ordeal! It makes sense, though!

They showed Syrax in agony when Rhaenyra was giving birth. It showed that Syrax feels Rhaenyra's pain. The bond between the dragon and its rider. In episode 3 we saw when Daemon got struck by a fiery arrow at Stepstones Caraxes screaming.

Yeah, by actual crown, I meant viserys' ;) I had misunderstood what they said about aegon getting the conqueror's crown, so I thought he had one made 😅

"The actual one too" - re: the crown, Viserys's crown is actually not the 'actual one' or rather they are both actual ones. Aegon's is Aegon the Conquerer's crown so in many ways is the original, Iron crown for the Iron Throne, and the crown of the first Targ king. I believe Anys Targaryen, Aegon's son had the gold crown made when he was crowned king, and depending on the king after that which crown they wore. Maegor who was a cruel warlike king had Aegon's iron crown, Jaehaerys and Viserys wore Anys' golden crown.

We said he was more experienced, thinking of his dragon, since vhagar is much older! Although he was also shown losing his cool in the situation. As for Daemon, I don't know...I feel that no matter his trauma, which is, indeed, legit and important, if his wife is calling for him while she's in so much pain, he should go to her. It felt like he was obsessed with the war to come and did everything to push the thought of Rhaenyra away and despite us understanding his reasons, we just didn't like that 😅 Plus, going against a direct order from the queen (when she specifically said she wanted nothing to be done/decided without her) felt like he dismissed her input and that's something we've often seen from him with her. He's older, he's got experience and he believes he's right no matter what, so he acts without asking permission (except he's not in charge)
Overall, it makes for great tv, we're not complaining xD

R.I.P to my sweet Lucerys, was my favourite from the start with both actors. He got so nervous in situations and always got comforted by Rhaenyra by holding his hand lovingly. My queen Rhaenyra proves once again just how strong she is and how she's actually better than Aegon & Dany, by not wanting the throne over keeping the realm united or peace & keeping her promise to her father. She's lost so much this episode. Felt so bad for poor baby Arrax too, who's just as young & scared as Luke since Arrax was born to him. Aemond was such a stupid fool treating Vhagar like a car, what did he expect to happen. Poor Arrax doesn't know Aemonds just taunting them. Rhaenyra & Syrax both lost their precious son this episode, (Luke&Arrax) Also of course Rhaenyra lost her 1st baby girl Visenya & Viserys this episode too 🖤
Also guys, Rhaenyra was betrayed, it's not like she was, it definitely was. Plus the greens cost Rhaenyra & Daemon their first daughter too, after all the stress & shock they put her through. Rhaenyra is the true heir so im sure she has more houses allegiances than Aegon, despite being a women.
I hate how they changing things about the character Daemon, Matt Smith deserved better with how much scenes they cut & changed about his character. Daemon would never harm Rhaenyra, even if he was only mad at Viserys for not telling him Aegon's prophecy, during the 9 years he was heir. Daemon has also been a more loving father, they even cut his grieving & crying in the sea this episode. Along with Daemon hugging and comforting his daughters in ep 6. Daemon preparing and taking charge was right to do while Rhaenyra is in labour, plus i think he was scared to go to her, after Laena died due to struggles in birth with their 3rd child. Daemon wasn't taking over he was protecting his family. You're critizing him too much about avoiding the birth, when he's also grieving & striggling too. Plus he's suffered the loss of a wife & child already to issues in childbirth.
Syrax was shown frequently, feeling Rhaenyra's pain while she was giving birth to Visenya.
Also, not sure why you thought Aemond has morr experience as a dragon rider. Yes he has Vhgar the biggest and war tested dragon, however his dragon egg never hatched so he didn't bond in the cradle with his dragon or grew up with his dragon. All Rhaenyra's kids bonded with their own dragons born to them though, Luke is young & sweet, only 14 most likely same age as Arrax. Aemond doesn't have a in sync bond with Vhgar, like Daemon has with Caraxes.
The end always give me chills too.
