With everything going on at the restaurant and all of Carmy's problems, we forget that Richie has also lost a dear friend and he's grieving too! This episode, as he remembers Michael and feels the loss of what he used to have with him (not helped by how change is happening all around him, forcing him to move on). we get to focus on him and it's heartbreaking D:
