Wait it’s weird wasn’t the demon that tanjiro killed suppose to be a girl I was reading the manga about a year ago and I stopped and they were referring to the demon as a female so did they change its gender to male cuz it sounds like a male in the anime.

They are scored around the narrow part, so you can snap them at that neck. You then draw up the medication from the vial to use(through a filtered needle these days).
