Today I wanted to share with you my collection of Copics and highlight which ones I use the most. 

A couple of years ago, I bought the set A of 72 colors mostly because it was the set that included a lot of blue and green shades. Artists usually don't recommend to buy a whole set if you want to try out Copic Markers for the first time (mostly because of the price!) and it's better if you invest in those colors that you're sure you will use and represent your style well. 

However, back then Copics didn't existed here in my country so I went with the set because it was easier to purchase on Amazon and because I REALLY wanted to try out these markers!

Hoy quería compartir con ustedes mi colección de Copics y resaltar cuáles uso más y para qué cosa.

Hace un par de años me compré el set A de 72 colores principalmente porque era el set que incluía más tonos azules y verdes. Generalmente no es muy recomendable comprar un set entero para probar Copic Markers por primera vez (sobretodo por el precio!) Y siempre es mejor invertir en esos colores que estás seguro de que vas a usar y representan bien tu estilo y trabajo.

Sin embargo, en aquel entonces no vendian Copics aca en mi país, así que elegí ir por el set porque era más fácil de comprar en Amazon y REALMENTE quería probarlos.

I had the opportunity to travel a couple of times and grow my collection a bit more, but this time I purchased the colors I really liked and some shades that I was lacking -as this set is great for blues and greens, it barely has any nice reds or violets-

Tuve la oportunidad de viajar un par de veces y poder expandir mi colección un poco, pero esta vez compré los colores que realmente me gustaban y algunos tonos que me faltaban, porque si bien este set es ideal para azules y verdes, apenas tiene buenos tonos rojos o violetas.

For skin tones, these are the ones I use the most as a base:

For cheeks, lips, noses, these shades usually work great with the skin base colors above:

Para las mejillas, labios, narices, etc estos tonos generalmente funcionan muy bien con los colores que mostré arriba:

For shadows I always use a these markers (though I'd like to keep experimenting with warmer shades)

Para las sombras siempre uso estos marcadores (aunque me gustaría seguir experimentando con tonos más cálidos)

And these are just some of my personal favorites I find myself using a lot for clothes and hair and other stuff like backgrounds!

Y estos son solo algunos de mis favoritos personales que me encuentro usando mucho para la ropa, pelo y demás como fondos!
