Hello, our supporter, how have you been?

We first want to be sorry for not taking care of our supporters for a long time.

We are working not only on Kiosk lately, which caused a whole series of delays on some works scheduled to be completed already.

It inevitably affects renewal of our donation program and Kiosk service improvements as well.

About the donation program, we will soon finish the renewal process such as clarifying benefits for each subscription tier, and apply them on Kiosk services.

Maybe within this month or early May? It will not take long to complete somehow.

You will soon receive guides for benefits and be able to use other exclusive Kiosk features given as donation benefits after the renewal finishes.

Currently, the AdBlock-block disabling feature is available. You can use it after logging into Kiosk and connect your Patreon account on Freezm account setting (click User Profile on the right-bottom of Kiosk website)
New benefits include a Kiosk feature that unlimits download and upload threads from 3, 4 to 12. This will help you increase total transfer speed in case you are using Kiosk service on a network with enough idle bandwidths.

In the concern of the improvements on current Kiosk services, we already realized some issues with transmission quality.

We will soon release the V4-exclusive desktop client as an adequate solution on Kiosk V4 service, within 1 or 2 weeks.

This might help to drastically enhance your experience on multiple large file transfers compared to web service—more stable and much faster.

We will also adapt some enterprise-level internal solutions only adapted on V3 service previously.

This might somewhat help you to match with less-busy routing to our relay servers when using Kiosk file transfer features.
