Dimash With No Mic! Vocal Analysis

I've heard a bit of processing on Dimash's vocals in the past and I wanted to hear these recordings people have mention to me where he's microphone free. I really enjoyed this! So nice hearing his beautiful pure voice.

If you'd like me to watch the rest of this 55 minute video of compilations, let me know! I only did about 25 minutes worth here.

Also, New Dimash about to drop on the main Youtube channel right after I send this! Can we say...Queen cover!? 🔥🤘

While I recommend continuing this video(because there's a lot of good stuff left in there, like him singing backstage with Andrea Bocelli!), I also wanted to recommend a few clips you might wanna check out by themselves(and that aren't included in the compilation). - Dimash casually singing with loved ones during a family gathering(2021) (Pt. 1 "I Love You To Tears") https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_UccTudcNSk (Pt. 2 "Bird Song") https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6tNh3VmBot0 About as natural as it gets, I don't think Dimash is even aware that someone is filming. Besides his lovely vocals(and the lovely vocals of others that join in) it's also just a heartwarming thing to see, and explains a lot about Dimash in a way. - "Love of Tired Swans" from Astana Children's Event(2020) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i-u3xrjIBIE Phone recording of a very casual Dimash chillin' and singing acapella for some kids during a small charity event. He's using a mic(set up for the Q&A he did moments before), but there's no fancy effects on it, and he's not holding it when he goes into his soprano range later on. It's one of my favorite off-stage videos of him actually. - Dimash doing a beautiful improvisation to the theme of "Schindler's List" (2023) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MndtsaLKkD8 It's a short clip unfortunately(about 2 mins), but really lovely nonetheless. The man at the piano is Nathan Wang(a Chinese-American composer), and I believe this happened during a break(or maybe as a warmup?) while they were working together on an OST a while ago. Would you like some suggestions for official performances as well? Because while I'm not some psychic able to perfectly tell live/pre-recorded vocals apart at all times, I know which of his performances I usually prefer, and that's the ones where he's free toimprovise and be spontaneous(which usually isn't the case at those fancy gala events).

In the opening scene when he has those women standing around him, I'm guessing they were his family by the way he so naturally put his arm around that lady. this I have found that family connection is so strong and vital the Oriental culture, that is something we share in the Native American community. It was heartwarming to see that first scene, brought back some memories for me.

Yes that part was beautiful!

I would like to see also the full evaluation. My favorite of this video is when he is rocking the little girl and singing SOS. When you have an amazing voice like Dimash’s it is a huge disservice to alter that in post. Most of the time, post production strips away the color and texture. I love his operatic baritone, tenor, countertenor. He doesn’t need any post production

Yes, more will love to hear the entire video, TY

Thank you. Super important moving forward. ✨🙏🏼

I am supporting you because of your honesty and wanting to hear real voices. It's sad that people want to add all those effects to their singing. Taylor Swift is doing her lip sync your where she uses the same pitch corrected recording to sing to. Thanks for talking about Fil's channel.
