In the middle of my "I won't listen to pop/rock/metal" period, I spent most of the 1990's listening to country music. I quit very early in the 2000's when big music really entered the scene. Interesting thing I heard the other day was that some metal singers are moving over to country now because that is where the money is. This particular song wasn't hard to listen to, but it won't go on my playlist.
