Weeks late but actually quite a few people you have reacted too before are or used to be Vocaloid Producers it's quite funny actually. Show by Ado was produced by a Vocaloid Producer Giga and Teddy Loid. Kenshi Yonezu(KickBack) also used to be a vocaloid producer his last vocaloid song not commissioned was Sand Planet which would actually be a good one to react too. EvE used to be a cover artist and did some vocaloid songs as well Dramaturgy being his most famous of those. Same with Yoasabi she was also a producer and a cover artist. So, ya a lot of famous JP artists got their start either making or covering Vocaloid music. . As a Vocaloid cover artist myself(though not anywhere near that good) I have loved seeing so many artists I followed for reference, and inspiration just explode over the years.

Utaite means singer (to sing is "utau"), but it's not the word used for professional singers - that's "kashu", a Chinese loan word. It's like "singer" and "vocalist", but more distinct. So utaite means amateur singer. Kind of a humble self-description for a vocalist of Ado's caliber, but she insists :) "Utattemita" ("I tried to sing") refers to the Vocaloid cover culture. Ado's official cover album is called "Ado's Utattemita Album" for example. Sorry for the walls of text, but there were 3 subjects I needed to cover...
