So I discovered gyming at 5am on a Sunday is fricken Fire 🔥

Gym is basically adult playground 🛝. Honestly YIPPPE BELOVE GYM JIM CURE ME HAHAHAHA
I Drove and I turned on my head lights. Honestly if some told me it was night time I would believe them cause it was pitch black outside. 6pm and 5am outside setting basically the same ngl.
I don’t know how to use the acc fog thingy for my front window windshield?? Like the rain it’s it then it water marks then it fogs up. Am i suppose to like acc it or something??? Uhhh I just hit the water wiper button and I’m Like ahh I can see better now ahahah
Here’s my random workout of full body to make up for being unwell I did abit of everything…
- [x] Should press 5kg 3 sets of 12 reps
- [x] Decline sit ups 3 sets of 20 reps
- [x] Back rows 12.5kg 3 sets of 15 reps
- [x] Leg press 35kg 3 reps of 10 reps
- [x] Knee tucks 3 sets of 10 reps
- [x] Crunches 3 sets of 10 reps
- [x] Triceps dips 3 sets of 10 reps
Insertt random activities
- rolling and laying on big gym BALL
- random 40kg plus deadlifts
- random standing rows? 5 - 10 kgs
- wander around deciding what to pick to play with
Other than that my morning has been a blast 💥
I shall look for some netherite templates in minecraft and make a tnt farm of creepers for fireworks 🎇
Then finish my trading hall make more farms
Continue my minecraft addiction it’s fun and calming
Try some cool palworld soon
Saving money for a sexy steak 🥩
And I’ll figure what to do next when I get to it.
