Some updates on which games can be modified

Hi guys during this time I could not do many mods and I apologize for this, in this break however I have studied well which games can have working mods, here is the list of games with all the information.

Darksider 3:

Tools they work pretty well.

I can practically change everything,polygon,textures and materials.

Practically nothing can be done for now, just a few swap.
