My target is to get a new "Life in the woods". I am currently using 24 mods and 10 Resourcepacks and the BSL shader. Around 70 fps.

Just asking us what our fps is isn't a very good benchmark, I run at less than 30, but that could very well be due to my old hardware (AMD 5700 XT) on top of using 46 mods and shaders.
