Added 2021-11-18 15:00:01 +0000 UTCQUITE some time ago (back in the days where City of Heroes was in its prime!) I'd dreamed up a hero persona for Fien; which given her... limited limb set required a fairly specific power set to even function as a Cape. Well, part of me has been wanting to revisit some old ideas with an updated skill set, and this one came to mind.
