Sex work is a common, legal, and dare I say respectable line of work in Neo Tokyork, but that doesn't mean some clients don't get rough with the girls. Well, they've got options for sorting the bad john out. Like a souped up cyborg with a power fister attachment and a list of injuries to return to the sender.
