New Comic : Sitting

This year, I want to focus more on traditionally drawn comix. I want to slow down and make mistakes and spend time erasing them. My 2024 monthly comic will be drawn traditionally, I'm a little scared about how I'll finish it on time but I will try!
Using references is fairly new to me. I had this toxic habit of not using references and drawing everything from memory. I think someone instilled that in me growing up. That using references is cheating. But it took me until recently to be okay with using references. How else am I gonna learn?? lol
These are some reference photos I took for the comic.
Sometimes I try to look up reference images on the internet but then I figured it's much easier to make your own. It's also fun to pose for yourself hehe ๐๐ชฉ
