The song used a bunch of Yoko Shimomura's main themes (Somnus, Ardyn's theme) but it definitely doesn't sound like she arranged this. I'm not too familiar with the XV DLCs so I looked up the OST credits only to find out...Ardyn never had an official soundtrack release O.o Really unusual for a Square Enix thing to not have a soundtrack release, heh. Ep Ardyn was the first of a "season 2" of DLCs, the rest of which had been canceled shortly after. I assume they would've bundled all the new DLC music in a single album like they did with the first batch but then just didn't bother releasing Ardyn's on its own when all the others got canceled. Kinda sucks.
