Patreon 0.24.1.2 - Hotfixes and CPU architectures

Dear patrons, today's release is a minor update aiming at fixing a regression from build 0.24.0.15 but it also brings support over AMD latest CPU architectures: Krackan Point, Strix Halo and tentatively fixes the virtual controller sleep and resume issues.
Regression hotfix
In an attempt to reduce Handheld Companion (HC) memory footprint, 0.24.0.15 introduced a regression when managing hotkeys. Each time the user would create or update a hotkey, all other hotkeys had their actions overwritten. We'll re-explore this optimization later.
AMD CPU Architectures
HC now supports two new AMD CPU architectures:
Krackan Point, which corresponds to AMD’s mainstream Ryzen AI 300-series APUs, with the two consumer-focused SKUs being: AMD Ryzen AI 7 350, AMD Ryzen AI 5 340.
Strix Halo (Ryzen AI Max 300) family, with the SKUs being: AMD Ryzen AI Max⁺ 395, AMD Ryzen AI Max 390, AMD Ryzen AI Max 385, AMD Ryzen AI Max 380.
Miscellaneous Improvements
Improved performance manager events handling.
Improved ScrollViewer touch inputs management.
Updated LibreHardwareMonitorLib to 0.9.5-pre419.
