Hot-off-the-press, here's the new episode of the Napoleonic Wars series. The final audio mix was completed literally minutes ago, and you are the first people anywhere to see this apart from me, so looking forward to your thoughts and feedback. It's another big episode, more than 30 minutes long, and though there's no featured battle, there's plenty of operational strategy and history packed into it.
If you spot any typos or errors, please let me know! This episode won't be available to the public until next Friday.
For those interested in the detail, the reason this episode took so long to make is that the movements of every corps in the 1814 campaign are accurately plotted, as far as possible. (when a corps' divisions were separated, the banner tries to represent the corps' 'centre of gravity'.)

As a Napoleonic enthusiast, I always fell great sorrow that Napoleon couldn't repeat Frederick's legacy. Yet, I think this is a great lesson for all that lasting success can only be secured with a combination of military prowess and diplomatic and political wits. Nevertheless, once again, thanks a lot for the great works. I always felt puzzled trying to understand the big picture of the canonical 1814 campaign. Looking forward for a new series !!!!

Small things like telling what Napoleon's reaction was to the surrender of Paris really makes it feel dramatic and just more involving to listen to. I love your work and I am proud to be a patron of you.
