Here's a podcast that is a bunch of rambling about the holiday movie season. But more importantly, we just found out that Patreon is rolling back their ill-advised processing fee proposal. It's going back to the way it was so everything should be familiar to you going forward. Good on them for admitting it was a mistake and acting as quickly as the could to make it right! Anyway, we hope you enjoy the podcast!

Would you guys ever delve into blade runner 2049 for new video ideas? Also I think a perfect example of "new technology" for augmented reality could have been Joi from said film. To take a real actor/actress and put a filter on them to make them look projected. I have to go watch the trailer for RPO and get my cringe on. Also eagerly awaiting your thoughts on The Last Jedi. I think it would be the coolest thing to do a live stream for a conversation, maybe through patreon or however and take input or questions from the viewers. I've been dying to hear what people with my similar outlook have to say about it.
2017-12-17 01:52:21 +0000 UTCYeah, it's a running loop of Brett Favre's pirate transmission. We played around with it and thought it added a cool, almost sci-fi atmosphere to the podcast. Whenever the loop ended the silence almost hurt our ears. This is the first complaint we've heard about it and we totally understand. Sorry it doesn't agree with your ears :(

I could listen to 2.5 hours of "Why is he doing this to me? what did I do to michael bay to deserve this?"

Would love to watch movies with the two of you and talk about whatever pops up. I'm glad to hear other people have also been lifted up by Auralnauts content, you guys made me smile and laugh when things were looking bleak. If anyone reading this is going through a tough time, try to find the small victories and the little things that make you happy/smile. Those things make all the difference.

I listen to audiobooks during my commute and just finished Ready Player One (incidentally read by Wil Wheaton) and my thoughts mirror Craven's regarding both the book and the recent movie trailer. I cringed at the "Welcome to the Resistance" line - was no mention of some kind of organized resistance/revolution. I wish they had made real-life Parzival and Arty look a little more... normal. They look like standard pretty Maze Runner actors. That said I still hope it's decent.
