Monday Yoga and Life Update

I have a big week ahead of me. Iβm going to be househunting for my next place which I will move into by the end of next month. I can't believe a year has passed already... It seems like just yesterday that I was moving into my current home. But the landlord wants her house back, so begins the search for a new sanctuary. π€
Iβm doing other stressful things this week pertaining to my personal life, therefore I am going to need as much emotional support as I can get. Thatβs where yoga comes in! When things get overwhelming, my mat is my refuge - or the grass in this case! Any solid ground will do its job in making me feel steady. π
