Some of you may have followed various hints I've left via Twitter & streams. Indeed, you've waited long enough. My next video is...

At the recommendation of Patrons & commenters, I'll be covering Skies of Arcadia. I'm still working on pre-production (footage collection, script writing, etc.) but I'm really excited with what I have so far.

I'm aiming high for this one, challenging myself to write something I can really be proud of. As such, the format for this video will be a *little* different than previous. I'm leaning a bit away from purely comedic synopsis, and a bit closer to a history & review. Don't worry - I'm not going short form on you. Bloviating is a part of my personality I can't turn away from, as are bad jokes & puns. I'm just looking to tighten up my writing & editing. Experimenting, improving, inching out of my comfort zone as it were. A less linear, synopsis-y style means you should be able to enjoy this video even if you haven't played Skies of Arcadia. Spoilers can be marked clearly, rather than becoming progressively more spoiler-y as the video goes on.

Anyway, I hope you're all having a great new year so far! I look forward to seeing some of you at this Saturday livestream.

P.S. If you haven't joined the Discord yet, you'll get sorta "interim updates" there. It's also a convenient place to submit Q&A questions (which will be answered in video credits Mandalore Gaming style, henceforth). I promise the server isn't a shitshow (yet:)). You can automatically join the server if you head to your Patreon settings and change Discord integration. Some people in the Coffee tier were having trouble with their Discord roles - if you're experiencing issues, just DM me either here or on Discord and I'll add you manually.
