Now for constructive criticism... I would prefer that you don't have the mics so sensitive and that you speak with a normal talking voice instead of a whisper. When you have the mics set so sensitive, background noises can be deafening. An accidental bump of the mic, a drop of something or even paper shuffling can seem very loud with headphones on.
