Yeah they're meant to be three seperate "Ideas" not all true I think 1 and 2 work best together to be honest, 3 was just another idea

She can be a big masturbator and exhibitionist who gets ignored or she can desire true friendship but her reputation as a masturbator made her known for sex. Or she can desire true friendship but she's an exhibitionist who tends to masturbate in public made people knows her only for sex.
