Injuries really killed the interest for Blood & Guts this year. What should be a long-running blood feud between two warring factions has become the Elite (including Hangman maybe?) vs. Mark Briscoe, the Acclaimed (probably?) and whatever random babyfaces decide they are compelled to defend the honor of AEW. They really need to go full throttle on hyping this match once the Owen tourney wraps up.

2024-07-09 23:22:18 +0000 UTCYeah they have no choice but to move DON out of Vegas with Wrestlemania being there and especially with it being Cena’s last match. Even though it’s not the South, Detroit, Philly, DC, etc. would have been good cities for Blood & Guts this year since they are on the same side of the country as their current swing.Too bad they already did St. Louis for Dynasty or they could have gone there and gotten 5-7 k. I think next year L.A. for Blood & Guts is a good idea.

2024-07-09 22:38:40 +0000 UTCThey still have two weeks but yeah this is not looking good. Just because Jarrett is from Nashville doesn’t equate to ticket sales. Hoping sales increase but July looking like a very lean attendance month for AEW (I’m not counting the Arlington residency which has limited seating).

2024-07-09 22:27:56 +0000 UTCI hope Next year they really chose the right cities for some events (Double Or Nothing in Texas and Blood and Guts in Los Angeles for example!) This One was a terrible decision to make such important event in a City that was never good to them... Also, they need to promote locally in advance and not just in the week of the event!
