Residencies have diminishing returns, you also have to nurture a relationship with them on a regular basis. When Bischoff/Hogan came in they basically got out of Universal Studios and it permanently ruined Dixie's relationship with them. You can bring up residencies, but TNA very rarely sold out an 800 soundstage for TV tapings. There would be 800 for PPVs, but it was very regular that the TV tapings would do 350-400. That would be a terrible look for AEW. The Arlington residency was a total success for them financially, but they need to pick and choose those. Aim for something 1000-2000. Also...Dayton Ohio? WTF, go to BIG CITIES.
