Pony Eating Plant (Redraw)

The 'Pony Eating Plant' is a large, serpent-like vine which seems to be more intelligent than most plant life, which isn't *that* far out of the ordinary for Equestria. This large vine will slowly creep towards any ponies that walk within their territory, usually trying to attack in numbers. The vines will then attempt to grab the prey with smaller tentaclelike vines which grow from the base of the stem, while the main head can open up to reveal a beautiful array of fluctuating colour petals with swirling patterns shifting across them. The soft and vibrant glow from the petals is so beautiful and utterly fascinating that it is capable of mesmerising ponies, removing their will to fight, creating pleasure and relaxation. Then, the plants will swallow the prey whole through its mouth, which possesses a long smooth tentacle-like tongue that can actually extend out of the mouth up to 3 meters, and the whole mouth is lubricated in a thick, viscous, sweet tasting substance, which can also cause a relaxing effect in ponies, and daring ponies have been known to risk death to collect these plant's saliva for use in medicines.
