The marketing/advertising is what primarily needs to be fixed. Too many people don't realize AEW is having a show in their town/city/area until a couple of days before or the day of the event. They mainly advertise on Twitter and thinks everyone is as online as they are. They need advertising in each area once tickets go on sale - billboards, local Facebook events pages, local media, etc. AEW has also trained their fans that all they need to do is to wait until the day before or the day of to get their tickets when the prices get lowered because the company realizes they have to scramble to fill seats. This will probably get over 2k on last minute sales. The ticket prices should be more reasonable right off the bat.

2024-09-03 15:20:11 +0000 UTCFrom May-July they were primarily getting between 4-5k each Dynamite then they went to the South in mid-July. The ticket sales were poor and they have struggled ever since with the exception of All In and the Collision residency in Arlington. They need some heavy overhaul in the marketing department - they shouldn't be waiting until a week before the show to do marketing/advertising in that area.

I'm a huge aew fan but there's a big attendance problem and something has gotta change. It went from struggling to get to 4,000 then 3,000 and now 2,000. If they keep going on this trend there's gonna be a show with less than 1,000 people within the next year
