Do NOT post in the Community tab. Especially not your emails, those are public and can be seen by everyone and pose a serious security risk to your accounts. Private Message me instead.

You also don't need to message me to get whitelisted again if you were whitelisted recently or haven't unsubscribed.

**HOW TO ACCESS:** -- NOTE: You MUST follow these instructions or the store page will be blank.

0) Whitelists are done twice a day usually 9-10AM GMT and 7-9PM GMT.

1) Please confirm that there are not multiple emails tied to your account, otherwise known as "Email Aliases", you can check here: Add or remove an email alias in Outlook.com - Microsoft Support

2) You MUST private message me (here on Patreon) your **XBOX EMAIL**

- (NOTE: If you have multiple emails on the one account (Email Aliases), you MUST send all of them, or none of the links will work.)

- (NOTE 2: Please DO NOT send usernames / gamertags, Discord emails, or your phone number(s). They're not needed.)

3) Wait for a confirmation reply from me in messages and then access this post on your Xbox / type the links in manually in Microsoft Edge.

**TROUBLESHOOTING:**

If you have received a confirmation message in DMs / Private Messages and you still cannot access the app links below, then please try the following before messaging me:

0) please wait 1-2 hours from the time of this announcement for app links to start working

1) Check that you've spelled your Microsoft Account email correctly, and that you've sent your Microsoft Account / Xbox email(s), and not something else.

2) Wait up to 10 minutes after receiving your confirmation message in DMs / Private Messages, as whitelists are done in bulk, and submitted afterwards.

3) Restart your Xbox console and try accessing the links again

4) Make sure you're typing / clicking the links below on an Xbox console

5) If all of the above fail, then create a fresh new Microsoft Account with a new email, and send that to me in DMs / Private Messages, as this is guaranteed to work.

**WARNING:**

If you have issues installing the apps "Installation Stopped" make sure that ONLY the whitelisted account is signed in, and that all other profiles on your console are signed out.
