the way this works is nations (systems in this au) have their contributions to the federation so mondstadt's specialization is aircraft engineering, liyue's is crystal mining (used for warping in plenty of science fiction stories), inazuma's is energy mainly used for space stations near the edge of deep space, and sumeru and fontaine are partners in terraforming. will figure out natlan's and snezhnaya's contributions eventually
