Not quite. Sections 109 & 111 being fully distributed added to it. Had I seen those open in full (they never did that I saw of and my scripts almost catch everything), they would've been credited sooner. As a rule of thumb, I don't want to assume any section has been opened in full since that can easily be corrected for the final count if I missed it. In the past, sometimes I'd assume something was fully distributed if it seemed obvious and there was a few times where that bit me and I had to reduce the section from the count (which then brings the distributed count down).
