A whole city built of a bunch of breast implants made of silicone instead of silicon ;)
And he definitely would take the chance to use 2B as a test subject to dig into this unknown concept of the obsession of going bigger, bigger and beyond.
PD: maybe I will replace the hoses for rows of little implants that work as water since Adam moves the cubes separately using his mind in the original game. What do you think?
