I can agree that there is a genuine desire for legitimate change in the BLM. But we can't ignore that certain chapters of the movement have been tainted by the spite of a minority number of hateful people. Sadly, when main-stream culture gets polluted with this sort of toxic politics, it has a tendency to spill over into pop-culture fandoms. People are making big deal out of race in areas where it's irrelevant.
