Stuff that I am doing - 05/01/18

Hi everyone. Happy new year and all that shit. Hope ya had a good one. I was indoors watching Black Mirror with my girlfriend and a pizza because going out and celebrating and shit is too much effort. I also plan on doing that at the weekend so its like new year all over again so ain't that nice?

Probably gonna end up reviewing Black Mirror season 4 for the record. Am only up to Crocodile at the moment, I'm saving them and taking my time because its so good but its only six episodes and I usually end up feeling a bit drained when I've got the end of such a good series. Will probably just do one video overview thing, though I'd quite like to do single videos on certain episodes I find interesting at some point this year, as I've found stuff like Shut Up and Dance, Hated in the Nation and Men Against Fire particularly interesting.

Anyway, am back to the grindstone in terms of videos I already planned to make. I mean I never stopped of course, given I was rushing to get the Twice Upon a Time review out over the period when I should've been downtiming and relaxing. I do get obsessed sometimes.

Anyway so I've started work on a pair of videos introducing some new avatars and channel and website art to address the whole long to short hair transition. One of the reasons I didn't cut my hair for so long was I knew I'd have to rebrand and reshoot everything which is a bit of a pain in the arse, but hopefully these couple of videos will be worth it. Dunno when I'll be done with them, I've done most of the drawings and the audio recording, but I've got a couple of video bits I wanna go and shoot at some stage over the weekend, some of which is outside shots. I kinda just wanted an excuse to do outside stuff because I'm starting to miss the days of my Illustrated Fifty Shades reviews where I did some outdoorsy experimental stuff. I feel I've gotten a bit boxed in with voiceover reviews recently, and on-camera stuff's become quite a rare occurance for my channel and I'd like to start reintroducing on-camera videos to my regular output. But yeah, I'll post those videos on here and then release them to everyone else back to back over a couple of days when I'm done, possibly at the end of next week.

Other stuff: so I recorded the audio for my TV Dissection on Naked Attraction and also the audio for the new Pointless Witterings vid. Also started listening to and writing the script for a review of Big Finish's Colin regeneration audios "The Last Adventure" and-y'know what, its probably easier just to give you the January schedule

Anyway, thinking about doing The Only Way is Essex for this month's "Let's Watch Shit TV" Patreon segment. I'm thinking about making a TV Dissection taking a broad look at this wave of pseudo soap opera/reality programming that's become prevalent in recent years, y'know, Made in Chelsea, Geordie Shore, TOWIE, shit like that.

So...yeah that's all the stuff I've been thinking about/doing this week, um....I went to the gym a couple of times....did some work.....ate food and breathed oxygen and stuff....yeah s'it.
