Optimistic Fox / Nic Badge / Crayons Otter at Denny's / WIPs

What a week! It was such a crazy one, so many ups and downs, and not a single minute for resting, I was all time doing something or I had my mind working creating many annoying thoughts, but that helped me a lot to be extra creative, I worked a lot during this weekend, and you can see it on this new post. I hanged out with some friends yesterday and I did a little piece on acrylics, a fox. A day before I had worked on a badge for a friend for Anthrocon, we went out for dinner to a Denny's, and I took the crayons they give for kids and drew an otter in it. And also I've been working on two commissions at the same time, a pattern design and a piece with 6 characters, I show you some WIPs for these pieces.

Optimistic Fox

With keen eyes and a curious heart, the fox confident that each step through the underbrush, it understands that every path, no matter how tangled it looks, leads to a clearing.

A traditional piece that may look very simple but it has a lot of meaning to me, represents personal freedom and peace of mind. I was working on this piece while hanging with some friends, we were talking about our dreams, and I told them once I got to dream myself as a fox, and it was a feeling of indescribable freedom.

Very small canvas of 10 x 10 centimetres (4 x 4 inches)
Acrylics.

It will be exhibited at the Anthrocon's Art Show.

Crayons Otter at Denny's

During an outing to have dinner at 23:00, when there are not many options around but Denny's, and they have at the entrance a box full with crayons, making every disposable paper tablecloth a canvas. This time they were special tablecloths, they were not showing a Denny's menu or anything like that, it was during Mexican elections day so these have a reminder about voting.

I've had otters on my mind lately, so why not to draw one. With very restricted palette of colors (blue, orange, red and green), very easy to break.

Traditional. Super cheap crayons.

I'm also gonna display this one at the Anthrocon's Art Show because why not! Maybe someone wants to give me $1 for this piece, or I may be surprised and someone pays me for the dinner of that evening.

Some sketches for a pattern design I'm working of a company of onesies, it would be the first time I'm doing something like this.
And the other one of the 6 characters dancing is a digital commission, hopefully I will finish it this week.
