Each time more my mood is improving, there are still things that are worrying me a lot, tho. The current war that is happening in middle east is stressing me a lot, I have very close family there, fortunately they are now running away from the conflict, about to get safe.

It has been indeed a very stressing time for me. Worrying about that, also dealing with friends who are getting unhappy to each other, having some conflicts with an upcoming trip... but for some reason, many of the conflicts I had inside are disappearing little by little. Going with a therapist has helped me improve a lot, and I'm more aware of what's happening around and how I need to deal with my problems instead of just running away from them. Also there were things that happened that made me feel more free of my inner monsters, and hopefully that will bring more inspiration to keep creating.

Because I have A LOT of ideas of what to do, but aaaah, something that keeps frustrating me (and I need to work on that some how) is the fact that I can't do things for myself as much as I would love to, I'm even pausing again the Art & Biro comic when I was already working on the 3rd page, and the big reason is: money. I need a lot of it, because I still need to pay a lot of expenses, and I still owe a lot of commissions that I need to finish because at some point I need to take more. Once I tried to create things for myself, sell them as YCH (only one, because I've seen artists who take 10 or 50 of these, I couldn't!), or sell them as originals or prints at the art shows or artists alleys, or even taking Patreon as support for creating things for myself. Despite Patreon is my main source of income, I couldn't just survive with it, and even when I've tried all that, people still wants commissions, because of course, most of people who wants a piece by me doesn't want any piece by me, but THEIR characters by me. Makes a lot of sense, but that leads me to keep taking commissions. So most of the ideas I have are ideas that I keep saving on my personal list of "some day I will do" (And mainly because those ideas involve scenes with a non-specific character, I can't say "hey, who wants to be on this specific idea I have of a brown feral bear but I don't want that this bear has crazy colors nor hair... or this idea of this specific marten character, but please only characters who are completely white-fur, that are martens, and please with no human hair on their heads nor extra details" I think that wouldn't work at all). My ideal plan is that I get almost my full income here on Patreon, so I can work on my personal comics and my personal pictures, and maybe I can take one or two commissions, or even pictures for people on Patreon, but only to do one or two per month... that would be my dream, I want to achieve it.
But for now, thank you soooo much for all your amazing support you are giving me! I truly appreciate it!

Talking about doing things for myself, the other day I was on a coffee shop with some friends, I took all my acrylic materials with me and I told them "I'm sorry I need to keep working on some commissions of acrylic paintings I took", and I told them about this frustration I have, and they asked me "why don't you take this day (it was Saturday) so you paint something for yourself, anything, just have fun with those acrylics!" so I did two pieces, a raccoon and a red panda (the ones I'm showing you here), they were actually relaxing and fun to do, because I had no pressure that this was a commission and what if the character doesn't look like it, what if it's not liked enough.. nah, just wanted to paint animals and enjoy them doing them.

Don't get me wrong, I truly enjoy working on commissions, I truly enjoy showing the final result of a character who is loved and I want to give this same love and paint some smiles on other people's faces, it is still enjoyable to me to know the art that I do is loved and appreciated, and I would never change working for furries who love these pieces, I would never go back to work on a company where they take us just as drawing factories (especially right now that they are in love with AI). I just want to reach the point to balance doing commissions with working on pieces I want to do and to keep expressing my personal emotions and my thoughts with the world.

That art jam day, I also could make an art trade with one of those friends, Hellsy, whose character is a furry dragon (that I called many times "Kobold" despite he dennies to be a kobold, hehe).

I'm also showing WIPs of a set of acrylic paintings for Archer, I've been taking a while to work on these but little by little are getting there.
