My long form technique vlogs for patrons are all about real time things I'm working on. Sometimes they are trends and tendencies I've discovered and thought about over time, sometimes they are specific things I've uncovered in training and filming with krus in the Library. This one is a bit of both. Filming with Napapol (you can see the Muay Thai Library session here), and then subsequently training with him again afterwards made me super aware that my hand position before throwing my cross has been all over the place. It's one place when shadowing, another when on the bag, another on pads and another in sparring or fights. It really got me thinking about how in my training I have to be making all these map up and be the same, if I want to bring my training skills into the ring. This technique vlog is all about focusing on that, in all the things I train, something you might want to think about as well! Thanks for being a supporter of this kind of content, and all the things I do.
